Please use the Event Form to book an event at the Schultz Center. (Note: This is a Microsoft Word document.) Once you have filled in each section as detailed as possible, please fax it to the attention of Rebecca Lambert at (904) 348-5761. Once your forms have been received and processed by the Operations Staff, you will receive an Event Confirmation/Contract via e-mail. The Schultz Center offers catering services for events held in the Schultz Center. All catering needs must be arranged through Chartwells Thompson Dining Services.
