An evaluation of each session is electronically tabulated and used for planning subsequent monthly sessions.
Coaching Partnership
A Coaching Partnership was formed to restructure the professional learning of coaches in our district. The goals were to redefine the roles and responsibilities of school coaches, to adopt a theory of action in support of the Duval County Public Schools District Strategic Plan, and to facilitate the coaching process so coaches could effectively assist teachers in utilizing best practices to increase student achievement. By incorporating the principles of this joint training model into coaching academies, school coaches will receive information and skills necessary to optimally perform their coaching duties in support of district goals and objectives.
