E-LEARNING
About E-Learning
In the world of financial challenges and busy schedules, e-learning is a cost-effective solution whereby teachers do not have to leave their classrooms for professional development but rather can access and complete course work anytime, anywhere; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The use of e-learning to “attend” workshops provides an opportunity for participants to communicate and collaborate with others via Blackboard, a web-based course management system. Participants not only learn content but also enhance their technology skills. The e-learning professional development courses include links to other websites, videos, slide shows, audio files, assessments, surveys, interaction in discussion board forums, and much more.
