What is Lead 360°?
Spectrum of InfluenceLead 360° is a customized feedback tool designed to provide a leader with information collected from individuals within the leader’s spectrum of influence (supervisor, peers, colleagues, direct reports, and self). The outcome is a highly reliable set of feedback reports, which is then used to guide professional development. The feedback provided is highly compelling regarding observable behaviors, skills and knowledge necessary for building capacity in a high-performing leader.

Competencies within five themes describe leadership expectations for all leaders. Competencies are research-based leadership behaviors and skills desired in an organization and apply to all educational leaders, regardless of their role. These include knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential to achieving a district’s goals and describe expected and exceptional leadership performance.

Pricing and Offerings
To best support your organization, there is a one-time initial setup and rollout briefing fee of $1600 (plus related expenses). Pricing for the Lead 360° (per participant) is $200. Each participant price includes:
